Anyway mommy, di po kayo gumagamit ng mga bottle milk storage?mas okey po ung bottle kasi pra mkatipid po kayo kasi po pg gnyan once lang mgamit dba.. at least ung bottle reusable xa.. eto rin po milk ko mommy nung ngppump pa ako super abundant din ako sa milk kasi..pinagpala din sa awa ng Diyos hehe..

Happy Breastfeeding! 🤗 ✅Drink 3 glasses of water before feeding mafefeel m kikirot boobs m ddami milk m. then while breastfeeding drink ka ulet water then after breastfeeding water again pra dk madehydrate at pra mkpgproduce k ulet ng milk. very powerful ang water. ✅tahong or halaan with or without malunggay is effective ✅bone broth ✅Milo/ovaltine (any malt drink) better to take for breakfast & as afternoon snacks not before bedtime naging fussy baby ko but u can try. ✅energen- cereal drink ✅oatmeal - instant, quick cook but better ROLLED OATS ✅malunggay leaves/ malunggay tea ✅malunggay supplements- natalac 250mg/ megamalunggay 600mg /feralac 500mg ✅soups nilaga sinigang higopin m sabaw non ✅talbos ng kamote ✅buko juice ✅Gatorade -any drink with electrolytes(but makes my baby fussy🤗) ✅tablea ✅M2 Malunggay - from shopee or andoks ✅Ginger tea ✅Chia seeds ✅Think positive na kaya mo mgpabreastfeed, na madami kang milk ✅UNLI LATCH - d mo
