Sayang, tanda macam tu boleh je jadi show (mucus plug), tapi timing dia berbeza-beza untuk setiap ibu, some orang bersalin dalam jam, some ambil hari or even seminggu lagi. Pls call your doctor or midwife ASAP to confirm, especially kalau you're not sure if it's the real thing or any other changes. They'll check you proper and let you know if you're getting close. Better safe daripada guess-guess, kan? Keep in touch with your healthcare team, jangan delay lah if anything feels off. Take care!
