Hi all, I've stopped pumping/latching for a while now (I'd say about 2-3 weeks) as it was really stressful for me, I ended up having an unhealthy relationship to the whole idea of pumping/latching. But, my maternity leave is ending soon so I've decided to give it a try once more, so that my baby has my milk in infant care too (apart from formula).
So my question here is, is it possible for me to relactate? I really want to give my baby my milk eventually, and stop relying on formula.
