Yes relactation is possible but it takes a lot of patience and consistency so don't give up too fast! I also struggled with breastfeeding and what helped me was to latch or pump very frequently like every 2-3 hours to stimulate supply, and drink a lot of water and eat lactation foods like fenugreek or oats to help boost milk. But mummy, most importantly please don't be too hard on yourself because fed is best at the end of the day, whether breast milk or formula your baby will still grow up healthy and strong, so just try your best and if it doesn't work out also must be kind to yourself okay! 🤍
