I've heard I won't be able to control my bladder after pregnancy. Is this true?

Under normal circumstances we will be able to control our bladders. Incontinence sometimes happens when we sneeze too hard or sneeze continuously for a few times. Don't worry it doesn't happen to everyone. I have experienced incontinence myself, probably due to the fact that I'm not diligent in doing my pelvic floor exercises. If you know that you have a high risk of incontinence, do put on a pantyliner to help absorb any accidental leakage. What other things can you expect post partum? -tummy still looks like 4 months pregnant-vaginal opening remains large and takes time to contract -enlarged breasts-you feel like you've just been torn apart -post partum bleeding or lochia -pressure from talking to the outside world and facing over enthusiastic suggestions on how to take care of your baby -pain/phobia when pooping http://sg.theasianparent.com/the-harsh-reality-of-what-really-happens-after-childbirth/ Sounds like an overwhelming amount of changes and things to cope, but don't worry we all survived!
