All day sickness
I’ve been vomitting since i hit week 6 (counted based on my lmp).. have yet to go my first gynae appt as it’s only scheduled in march. Does anyone have any remedies to help with the morning sickness? Weirdly enough my morning sickness disappears in the afternoon but gets worst in the evening and night :(

Hello! I have the exact same issue as you. I’m also taking nausea medication(at max dosage) but I still get really nauseous and start gagging/vomiting in the late mornings and evenings. To make sure that I don’t get low blood sugar I actually eat saltine crackers before I sleep and when I get up, they work wonders for me cause it’s e only thing that also doesn’t make me gag or feel terrible from acid reflux. Im also taking preggy pop plus occasionally, which worked great for me (u can buy them in Shopee) its the Vit b that helps relieve some nausea. Do trial and error cause I’m now at week 10 and that’s what works best for me so far. I’m just hoping it goes away soon too!! Hang in there!!! It’ll get better for sure
Read moreI suddenly threw up one night and thought I had food poisoning. After some trial and error and advice from people around me, I realised it was not morning sickness, but low blood sugar. I was eating three meals a day but did not have a great appetite. As a result, I had a constant headache and gastric issues which I mistook for morning sickness. I tried eating constantly to make sure I don't have low blood sugar. Also made a small thermos of warm milo, set my alarm 20min earlier to wake up and sip on it before getting out of bed and it worked. But now I am worried it is unhealthy for me to be eating so much carbs and sugar. :/
Read moreHii, i have morning sickness in the evening and night too. I hate vomiting thus I have been controlling it lately. 😂 I use herbal inhaler when I feel dizzy/nauseous, on and off will depend on sweets and sour dried fruits. I made sure to eat on time and eat whatever I craved for (except those which are unsafe for pregnancy). But then again different people will experience differently, i think its important to listen to your body and see what works for you. May you feel better soon!
Read moreSame here. Feeling nauseous and sleepy 24/7. Just rmbr to drink plenty of water. If you cant drink plain water, you can try other drinks that helps so long you remain hydrated. Barley drink could help too. HCG is peaking (usually arnd week 10) so morning sickness may worsen during this period. Bt it shld go away by week 16 and you will feel like a brand new person at week 17. Otherwise do seek medical help!
