Mummies, what do you do to help recover your body from childbirth?

I’ve given birth for awhile now, but still feeling so weak after months. Not sure if there’s something I’m missing to do or what can help. Hi mummy May I suggest engaging a trainer? It not only gave me strength but mentally I feel great as well. I hired my trainer before and after birth. You can check out his website and leave a query. https://www.charleskfitness.com/
