28+W and can't sleep!
I've just entered third trimester and am writing this at 4:45AM cos I can't seem to sleep - then I get tired during the day. Good thing we are working from home. But I'm not in any kind of pain, I just have been waking up and finding it hard to fall back asleep. Any home remedies to try?
Poor thing.. I went through that too. Try winding down before bedtime.. nothing stimulating like using devices/watching TV. Drink a warm drink.. ask your husband to give you a massage. Honestly I didn’t sleep through the night for the last 2 months of pregnancy.. but I also had other issues that contributed to the insomnia. Hope you manage to get more rest soon ❤️

Keep yourself busy and active during the day to tire yourself. Try not to take long naps.
Try drinking something hot and play some music. Keep your mind free and relaxed
