3 months pregnant and called up for 2nd interview. Any advise?

I've been wanting to changing job for a few months and finally called up for 2nd interview but I am now 3 months pregnant. I didn't know I was pregnant during the 1st interview. Any advise on whether I should inform the company that I'm pregnant and whether I should change job at this time?
