Mums, need your advices..

I’ve been having a really bad gout flare-up lately, and honestly, it’s been tough trying to deal with the pain while also taking care of my kids. Has anyone else gone through this? Are there any home remedies, foods to avoid, or lifestyle changes that actually helped you manage your gout? I’m also thinking of seeing a doctor, so if anyone has had a good experience with a gout specialist, I’d really appreciate a recommendation.

for me, avoiding certain foods helped, but i still needed proper medical care during the flare. i had sudden swelling and sharp pain around my big toe and was diagnosed with gout. Dr Anindita Santosa helped with the medication and gave me advice on managing my diet. i found her while looking for a top rheumatologist in Singapore and honestly, i didn’t regret trusting her. if you’re residing here in Sg and looking for someone to help with gout, i’d recommend her.🤍
