Sneezing/cold hands feet

I've been always sneezing randomly and frequently have cold hands and feet since pregnant. In first tri and stopped most of my exercises - any advice on what to eat to increase blood circulation or safe exercises for first tri? #pleasehelp #1stimemom #advicepls

walking, swimming and prenatal yoga are safe. I didn't sneeze but I definitely bundled up more and jigged the Aircon temperature to get comfortable. I'm not too sure about this but eating meds that improve blood circulation may be bad as it may flush out your uterus, so just a note not to self medicate and always consult a TCM/doctor before you take anything.

I also asked about cold hands and feet about my doctor. He said, "Temperature changes happen due to normal hormonal fluctuations in many cases."
