Hi all , issit important to drink milk during the process of pregnancy .... As im someone that hates to drink milk but if is a MUST i shall get myself a habit to start drinking ☺️

Other dairy products are fine.. yoghurt, cheese, ice cream/chocolate (in moderation.. haha). If you don’t like plain milk, try chocolate milk, or add milk to milo...
