Is morning sickness a good sign of pregnancy?

I'm almost 10 weeks and I'm always nauseas, even flashing light make me sick to my stomach.

Good for it indicates you have hcg. Other than not, it is better to not have morning sickness.

No morning sickness at all but acid reflux is the worst. I can’t eat a lot now. Lol
