My daughter had mild fever each time she was teething but it went away quickly as well. I didn't gave her paracetomol but instead use fever patches as I didn't want her to be too relient on drugs. However, if your baby fever is higher, please do bring her to the doctor immediately as teething will not be the caused of high fevers.
