Is it advisable to stick to the same gynae for all your deliveries?

It is not necessary. For me, I have changed 3 gynaes during my first delivery. Since the experiences with the gynae is pleasant, so I decided to stick to her for my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy. But I do have friends who have different gynae for the 2nd pregnancy as they find the previous gynae is not good e.g. bad stitching skill, not pro-natural and etc.

If you didn't like how the gynae handled your delivery, there is no need to stick to the same gynae for subsequent pregnancies. Medical records in Singapore are linked via a central database, so your new gynae will be able to access your records. If you liked your gynae and she/he was good, then there's no point switching gynaes.
