Insensitive colleague sprayed febreze into my food during lunch

An insensitive colleague went to spray febreze into my food during lunch (she was right beside me and did not consider that the fan will splatter the water all over). I'm 4 months pregnant and accidentally ingested quite alot... Is it okay?
