It depends how old is your kid. If below 6 months and has not started on solids then I will refrain from giving. If your kid has started on solids then maybe just a little soup provided it is not too salty, sweet or oily. By one year old then no problem to try a variety of foods. Just a little to taste.

Is there a reason for letting baby or infant eat this?i had it during my confinement for the first time :) I feel this food is too rich for a baby and if not cooked well may be hard to digest

My kid start taking after 1 years old or mb before the 1 years old, i jus let them and they like will continue to feed.

I would not give it to an infant, how old is your child? Maybe an older baby but definitely not an infant.

Our little one tried a few spoons of fish Maw soup. All good. No allergies
