My in-laws offered to pay for my confinement lady cost.

My in-laws offered to pay for my confinement lady cost. I do not feel comfortable about it as I don't want to owe them anything. What would you do? Or any past experience?

I wouldn’t accept. In laws different than your own parents :) Some in laws are genuinely nice but most tend to act up after baby comes.
