UTI during 2nd trimester

I'm just worried coz I'm experiencing UTI(10-15 result) today for almost 3 days, and I consulted my doctor and he advised me to take cefalixin 500mg for 1 week' is it ok for me to take those antibiotics Is there no any complications for my baby.. #pleasehelp
