UTI during 2nd trimester

I'm just worried coz I'm experiencing UTI(10-15 result) today for almost 3 days, and I consulted my doctor and he advised me to take cefalixin 500mg for 1 week' is it ok for me to take those antibiotics Is there no any complications for my baby.. #pleasehelp

Once na pinag antibiotic na po kayo ni OB momsh, ibig sabihin noon is marami ng pus cells at bacteria sa ihi nyo. Mahirap po kasi pag hindi naagapan ang UTI at pati si baby po maaapektuhan. Safe naman po yan mommy dahil prescribed naman po sya ni OB. Mas maganda na water therapy, iwas sa maalat kasabay na rin po ng pag take ng antibiotics. Hope you get well soon! 💕
