first pregnancy

i’m at week 6 and my first gynae appointment is in a week time. have yet to feel nausea, is it normal? but i do feel very tired easily and breast feels sore.

I just hit week 7 and also didn’t have any nausea till now - and only slightly. Was also nervous about not feeling anything aside from fatigue and sore breasts, but seems it’s normal
