First Gynae Appointment

When do you start seeing a gynae to confirm the pregnancy? I am currently week 7 and I am nervous because my appointment is next week and currently do not have any symptoms except for tender breasts and frequent urination. I do feel abit nauseous at week 6 but I do not feel anything now. Should I be worried?

Don't worry, what you're experiencing is completely normal for week 7 - pregnancy symptoms can come and go, and not everyone gets nausea throughout. Your tender breasts and frequent urination are already good signs that things are progressing. The gynae appointment next week will give you peace of mind with a scan and proper confirmation, so just hang in there and try not to stress too much in the meantime.

I called in to schedule on Week 5 and was given an appointment for Week 8. Smooth pregnancy & overdue (too comfy lol), no nausea/MS/heartburns/water retentions etc. It’s normal to feel worried but try to stay positive and look forward to next scans to see bb! Don’t forget to take care of yourself too :)
