first pregnancy

i’m at week 6 and my first gynae appointment is in a week time. have yet to feel nausea, is it normal? but i do feel very tired easily and breast feels sore.

Yes completely normal. Not everyone will have nausea as well, no impact on the pregnancy. i know it's hard, but try to take your mind off it while waiting.
