Hey mama, Sometimes the aches could also be due to bad posture. The relaxins that are produced during pregnancy tend to loosen joints a little, and without good posture, this can lead to aches. Perhaps try to look in the mirror (side-view) and see that when you walk, you aren’t arching your back. Imagine that a thread is pulling you by the top of your head all through your spine and hips and legs.
