Migrane

Hi.. Im at week 26 day 2.. Since last night im having a bad migrane till now on and off.. Can i eat the parencil panadol? Doctor gave me the panadol when im admitted during fever time on november 19.

Normal panadol is fine but if the pain is unbearable please see a doctor, take care!
