Nausea because of Duphaston or Pregnancy?

Im at week 10 and on Duphaston. One of the side effects I heard is feeling nauseous but how do we know if the nausea comes from Duphaston or pregnancy?

You’d need to stop the medicine and see if you still have the nausea. But if you were prescribed it to protect your pregnancy, then please don’t stop the medicine. Get some anti-nausea medicine from your gynae to help?
