Pigeon softouch teat keeps breaking

I’m using pigeon softouch size LL and it keeps on tearing at the tip! I think my baby’s teeth is causing it to break. I have been replacing the teats multiple times. I think it’s already been more than 5 pairs 😭 anyone facing similar problems? Is it because baby is just biting on the teat hard? Is the pigeon teat just too soft? I even tried moyuum teat and she breaks them too omg
