Little Wiwa Playmat Review

Hello! I'm thinking of getting the Little Wiwa Playmat and the reviews so far look good! Was just wondering if it's scratch resistant and is scratch resistance a necessary feature to have for a playmat (assuming no pets/shoes/sharp objects nearby)?
