good male gynae for c section that can deliver at Mount A?

Dear all, can anyone recommend to me a good gynae for c section that can deliver at Mount A? I tired looking around and so far found Dr HK Ho.. his reviews are not good.. so was wondering if anyone had anyone else to recommend?
