11week preg with 2yo and c19+

im tested c19 +ve , 11 weeks preg and have a 2yo girl. no one is able to help me takecare of my 2yo, not even her daddy bc no knowledge at all, other than change diapers and feed meals and make milk. howhowhow!!??? currently isolated far from her sleep area and im wearing face mask all the time. (we're living in 1room flat) dont tell me ask daddy to learn how to take care of her bc i never let her shower her or other things. i do SA prevention for my girl as i myself was a SA victim to my own dad.
