These trick might help:
- dry biscuits (due to not having smell)
- nutritious fluids e.g. soy milk, cows milk. Get it flavoured if it helps you mask the smell.
- soups
- ginger drink
Reflux could worsen nausea, so it does help to take even a small bite through the day!
