shivering but sweating

Hi I'm pretty worried. Now is my 9 weeks pregnancy. I had experience a few times of shivering at night but last night was the worst. I was shivering under low fan but sweating under blanket cover. No diarrhoea No vomiting. Gas is extreme. Some say it's just transition period where your hormones is at peak. What should I do?
