Not feeling well on my first trimester...is this normal?

I'm pregnant with my second one but I'm not feeling too well, I was having feverish last night and morning I check my temperature it was 37.8, is this normal?

Hello Mummy, is this happening all the time? Fever during pregnancy might mean an underlying condition. Better to talk to your doctor so he/she can help. Feel better soon!
