I'm post partum for a month plus now n my tummy is still big. i used a binder 1 week after i had normal delivery. any tips to make it back to pre pregnancy &shrink hips to last time as well

Dear mum, I think right now focus on being fit and healthy. Take lots of fruits, raw veggies and juices. You can also do yoga. It helps gradually :)
