iHerb
I'm planning to buy some baby food from iHerb but there's too much varieties and I'm not sure what to get. Any recommendation? My boy is about to be 7 months. Other than baby food, what else do you usually get from iHerb?
Usually get supplements on iHerb only. What baby food are you referring to? Those food pouches etc ah? Actually best to prepare baby food on our own leh. Those ready made ones are sweeter and got preservatives. If you intend to give once or twice a week like a treat, still ok. But if as a main food daily, i really won’t recommend. Actually baby food also very easy to prepare now le. You can consider getting the beaba babycook solo 4-in-1. 1 appliance, but multiple uses. Steam and blend in 1 machine, so lesser things to wash. Then steam already straight blend, it retains all the vitamins etc in the juice also. If you don’t have time to do everyday, maybe you can do 1 batch for few days at a time. Then freeze in those food containers. When wanna feed baby then take out and defrost and heat up using the babycook.
