how can i stop vomiting?

i’m only 8 weeks and i literally throw up every 20-30 mins. it’s torturing.

I think you're around the time of your first scan and your OB will be able to prescribe the anti-nausea called Bonjesta. It helped me but some people had reported it didn't help them. I had some friends / colleagues who had a different medication prescribed by their OB to help them stop vomiting in order to be able to get some nutrients into the body!
