2nd trimester, week 20

Hi all, I'm now at week 20. Anyone experience any heartburn or bloating gas, burping, indigestion ? Before or after meal, will keep burping. FYI, I don't have any morning sickness since the beginning of pregnancy. Any idea if this is normal?

yes it’s very very normal. pregnancy hormones are causing gastric reflux and issues.
