has blepharoplasty helped anyone look less tired?
I’m a mum in my 40s and lately my eyes always look tired, even when I’m actually feeling fine. I’ve been reading about blepharoplasty in Singapore because of the loose skin around my upper eyelids. Has anyone had this done and noticed a difference in how their eyes look?

I haven't had it done myself, but I know a few mums who went for the procedure at private clinics here and they said it really did make a difference to how awake they look in photos and on video calls, which was the main thing they wanted. The recovery took a couple of weeks though, so you'd want to plan around that if you go ahead. I'd suggest going for a consultation with a good aesthetic surgeon first to see if it's the right fit for your concerns, because sometimes it's really just the skin sagging that makes you look tired, and sometimes it's a combination of things like undereye bags or hollowness too. The surgeons can tell you what would actually help in your case. Honestly at our age, even small changes can make us feel more like ourselves again, so I think it's worth exploring if it's been on your mind.
