Hi, I’m a mom of two and I kind of having insomnia lately bcs I’ve been worried about my eldest daughter she’s only five and she got a heart problem, still in diagnosis. Should i take sleeping pills so that I can sleep?

I have heard that sleeping pills is not for everyone as it has no effect on some. Speak to your family doctor about this. Take care !
