I'm in week 25 of my pregnancy and I'm always hungry!! What can I eat that's filling and healthy without putting on too much weight?

I usually binge in oatmeal or wheat bread pag nagugutom ako na alam ko urge or cravings lng hehe

im 24 weeks..bakit ako palaging busog?..konting pgkain lang sobrang busog sa pakiramdam..

natural feeling. subukan mo kumain small frequent meals. ganyan din ako minsan.

homemade granola bars loaded with nuts /dried fruits/and honey for snack..

me too din 25 weeks..always hungry..i drink buko juice and eat vegetable.

Same with me. I gain 5kg for this month..😅 Currently 25 weeks

I gain 3kg a month and my doc asked me to control! 😵😵😵 But I'm always hungry!!! (currently week 25)
