I'm in week 25 of my pregnancy and I'm always hungry!! What can I eat that's filling and healthy without putting on too much weight?

ah 25weeks pregnant po ako nun nagpaultrasound po ako sabi ob ko suhi daw si baby ko me chance pa po kya umikot sya bago ako manganak salmat po sa mga sasagot and godbless po

25 weeks & 4 days. always hungry 😂 perp more on fruits ako. lunch lang ung rice ko. need na mag diet kasi malapit na mag 3rd tri baka lumaki ng lumaki si baby

Opo meron PA pong chance yan na Umikot si baby,, tiwala Lang po,, Tsaka po kausapin niu po si baby niu na pumwesto sya, para d kayo MA CS.. 🥰

I just kept eating lots of fruits and vegetables or vegetable soup. As for filling I ate wholemeal bread, cereals and oat biscuits.

Normal lang ba na may araw na hindi gaano gumagalaw si baby sa tummy? 25 weeks preggy po.

same hehe pero sabi ng OB ko natutulog daw po sila pag ganon, May mga baby daw po kasi na palagi talagang tulog

ask ko lng po ano po pwde kong kainin im 25th weeks pregnant hirap po kace ako dumumi at matigas po dumi ko natural lng ba yun??

i feel you momshie! try to eat oats, fruits,high fiber bread,and veggie salad and more water to stay you hydrated☺️

Same here 25wks. Laging gutom. Banana lagi ko kinakain tapos more water lang

vegetables and fruit or eat something that you know is going to be filling like potato or mash etc.
