It is normal.
I had no appetite and lost about 5kg of weight during my first tri. Everything i see in food apps is not appetising and when there's food, i'd usually only have a bite or two. In order to have energy and nutrients for baby, i relied on fruits, bread/sandwiches, potato gratin, yogurt, milk, eggs.
It'll get better in second tri as your appetite will improve but now i'm entering third tri soon and it seems that the appetite is going back to first tri. -.-"
