It is normal. I had no appetite and lost about 5kg of weight during my first tri. Everything i see in food apps is not appetising and when there's food, i'd usually only have a bite or two. In order to have energy and nutrients for baby, i relied on fruits, bread/sandwiches, potato gratin, yogurt, milk, eggs. It'll get better in second tri as your appetite will improve but now i'm entering third tri soon and it seems that the appetite is going back to first tri. -.-"

I'm facing the same issue now 😢 feeling hungry all the time, but nothing just feel appetising to me 🥲 and when I thought I finally found something I can accept, the moment I start eating I feel nausea again. But no matter what, you have to keep trying to eat something at least, jiayou together!! 💪🏼

It is very normal, it’s the preggo nausea. Can go slow with simple options: bread/milo/eggs/fruits/porridge/soups/nuts/mashed potatoes. I survived first tri on rice with soups, eggs & some veg and really plain flavoured meals like macaroni in marmite soup 😅

It’s perfectly normal. I’m at 13 weeks and still going through the same. For main meals I prefer to stick to something soupy as I feel it helps me hold down better.

Its normal!!!!!! But pls eating something for bb. I forced myself to eat for bb too! But appetite got better after trimester 1!!!

Yea normal. For me i relied on cold fruits like watermelon, apple, yoghurt, hot milo with toast, bottled fruit juice
