Is gaviscon safe for pregnant ladies 1st trimester?

Hi I’m in my first trimester and experiencing bad gastric, wondering if gaviscon is safe to consume? Anyone been prescribed or advised by your gynae?

Hi Mummy, should be ok to take as per this article: https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/gaviscon/ But best to consult with your gynae to ask about the brand and dosage.
