Sitting cross legged on the floor
Hi I’m in my 2nd trimester and is it okay to sit cross legged on the floor for prolong time (for class) . My legs crams up a little but stomach feels fine

You may consider elevating your hips with a folded blanket or blocks or a platform just to take the pressure of a little and ease the cramping in your legs when in crossed legged position.
