I oso couldn’t resist not to eat when pregnant. Although it has bad sugar content, it is actually quite a nutritious fruit. Just need to walk a lot to burn down the calories if u feel guilty 😅
Im 37 weeks 5 days pregnant and just ate some yesterday 🤭😅 so its fine just not too much
Makan je.. Tapi dont eat too much.. I always eat like 2 ulas je then drink more water..
