discomfort tummy

I'm in my 11wks n this is my 4th pregnancy. I hv yet to go for any check up. I always tend to have these stomach cramps or discomfort around my tummy. Is it normal? I dont feel good at all

Yup, went to check last wk, everyting is normal as long no bleeding
