Good exercise from house
I'm housewife and stay in my parents house. This is my first pregnancy and my parents never let me to do any works even inside the house. So my daily routine is after wakeup on morning will take breakfast and then watch movie. Again take lunch and same things is going on. Dinner also same and will go to the bed to sleep and night. I feel so bored and scary about my delivery time which will struggle for normal delivery. Can anyone give me any suggestions for better activities which can do as a daily routines? Sometimes I will feel so stressful with my siblings attitude and it's make Mr angry until it's become big fight and getting shout so loudly... I'm so scary too because now almost 25weeks and scared that will effect my baby. Can anyone help me.. Please
