38 weeks and back pain every night

Im having my worst back pain tonight and Im at 38 weeks exact. The pain made me cry especially at night. I need to go toilet frequent and I couldnt stand. Is it due to previous epidural? Oh btw this is my second pregnancy😔

Dont think its due to epidural.. sometimes the aches everywhere cn be v overwhelming.. hold on, you’re almost thr already..
