headache

Im having more frequent headache nowadays, im 8weeks plus going to 9 weeks pregnant. May i know if its normal or if its not, what might be the possible cause? And how do i relieve that? Thanks!

Normal to have headache during pregnancy. Have lots of rest and sleep if possible.
