im having bad flu, kept sneezing non stop infront of LO though i tried to avoid him, but as im the only one taking care of him, sometimes there are moments that couldnt be avoided. im worried if LO will catch the flu bug from me? PS: LO is 9weeks old

Not to worry mummy. Before you gotten the flu virus, your body has already produced antibodies and it is good for your baby if you are still breastfeeding. Baby will in turn be taken care of. Personal hygiene is very important during this period. Please wash your hand thoroughly before handling baby.

im not breastfeeding anymore, supply dropped thus kills my motivation in continuing supplying. so now on full fm. i wish to go back to breastfeeding but LO is not keen in latching
